I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the spaciousness and attention to detail made it even better. The hot spring was so relaxing and did wonders for my skin. The transfer to and from the train station was seamless, and the staff at the front desk and restaurant spoke more than enough English, making communication smooth. The breakfast, in particular, exceeded my expectations.
Nothing all excellent.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful views of the lake from the room. It was conveniently located near the Ogoto Onsen station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was great for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
The design of the in-room bathroom could be improved, as the placement of the shampoo and body soap was inconvenient and led to them falling during use.

Stayed here during Christmas and had an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly with a personalized welcome gift and drink. The hot spring bath was very relaxing and included extra amenities for both Westerners and Japanese. The outdoor hot spring was a great place to cool down after soaking inside. Location was very convenient with a free shuttle service to the nearest station and easy access to nearby eateries.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the free shuttle service helped alleviate this issue. The room was not as spacious as expected.
